Our physical copies of this book are viewable in the catalog here. You can request physical copies using our Grab & Go service, if that is your preference. The process for Grab & Go is described here.

HAVEN’T FILLED OUT THE 2020 CENSUS YET?
Visit the pop-up Census site located on the sidewalk in front of the Main Library to receive one-on-one assistance to complete the Census online AND get a Shop Rite Gift Card!

It’s not too late! You have until September 30th.

  1. Visit The Newark Public Library’s pop-up Census site – located in front of the Main Library at 5 Washington St. in Newark – and
    get help completing the Census online.
  2. Once you complete your Census you will receive a Shop Rite gift card (one per family). I.D. required.
  3. Available while supplies last.

Less than half of the residents of Newark have filled out the 2020 Census! Make sure you and your family are counted.

Join us for our next High School Equivalency Test Prep Classes (TASC/GED/HiSET).  Classes will meet for 17 weeks. If you are 16 years or older, and think you may need help reviewing your math, science or English skills for your TASC, GED or HiSET test, come check us out! Classes are free and led by a certified NJ educator! Let’s make your dreams come true! Virtual learning resources and support for reading and math are provided for students in need. Active participation is mandatory. *Classes will be offered virtually until further notice
